Yes, we do! Contractors receive information regarding insurance on their first day of work

Payday is weekly, every Friday. The time that paycheck post to your account depends on your banking institution.

You will receive your paycheck the Friday of your second week.

If you are needing to change your direct deposit information, please reach out to HR@techflyte.com and include your name, the best phone number, and email to reach you at. Someone from our Human Resource department will contact you with steps to complete a new form. TechFlyte offers all contractors the option of direct deposit or RAPID! Paycards. RAPID! Paycards act in place of a bank-issued debit card and your paychecks will be deposited onto them.

TechFlyte does offer paycheck advances to contractors who have been actively at a Jobsite for 3 days. Contractors are eligible for one advance per contract term.

TechFlyte does not offer contractors paid holidays or paid vacations.

TechFlyte follows all state mandated sick time laws.

Tool standards vary site to site, so here at TechFlyte, our recruiters keep the most up-to-date information regarding the site requirements. While discussing a position with one of our recruiters, tool standards will be covered.

TechFlyte offers bonuses to contractors based on worksites, but we also have a bonus program unique to TechFlyte.
